1. Scope of Application
For all orders through our online shop, the following terms and conditions (AGB) apply. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with SD pearls, Nataliia Makarenko. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our AGB in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process. We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self-pickup of the goods is not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax.

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Advance Payment
When selecting the payment method advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one bank business day in advance of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). A bank business day is every weekday except Saturdays, nationwide statutory holidays, and December 24th and 31st of each year. The debit of the account takes place before the goods are shipped.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment service provider (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and individually selected PayPal customers. However, we have no influence on offering these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Stripe
Credit Card via Stripe: When choosing the payment method credit card, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The processing of the credit card payment is carried out in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (“Stripe”), to which the provider assigns its payment claim. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd debits the invoice amount from the customer’s specified credit card account. In the case of assignment, payment can only be made to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd with debt-discharging effect. The credit card will be charged immediately after the customer order is sent in the online shop. The provider remains responsible for general customer inquiries, such as regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, revocation statements and returns, even when selecting the payment method credit card payment via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Giropay via Stripe: After placing the order, you will be redirected to your bank’s website. To pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have an online banking account enabled for Giropay with PIN/TAN procedure, verify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterward, and your account will be charged.
