With this baking mix for Black Forest mini tarts you can create small treats.
Baking mix for Black Forest mini tartlets consisting of:
400g baking mix
100g cream stand neutral
6g grated chocolate
1 disposable piping bag large
Ingredients for about 6 tarts
For the cake
400g baking mix
175g butter (room temperature)*
3 eggs (size M)*
100ml milk*
For decoration
Grate chocolate
Cherries fresh or from the jar depending on the season*

For the cake, put the baking mixture, butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix with the electric hand mixer or the food processor at first briefly on a low level and then mix on the highest level for 3 minutes until creamy. Place the cake in a baking frame (approx. 25x 35cm) and bake in the preheated oven at 190°C top/bottom heat for approx. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let cool.
Drain the cherries and reserve the juice. Remove 2-3 tbsp from the cold cherry juice and mix with the starch. Bring the rest of the cherry juice to the boil together with the sugar, remove from the hob, add the mixed starch and bring to the boil again while stirring. Then add 6 cherries and let cool completely.
Using a suitable cutter, cut out 12 cake circles. Whip the cream until stiff, mix the cream stand powder with the water and fold into the whipped cream. Place a cake in a dessert ring. Using a piping bag, pipe a circle of cream onto a cake base and place a thickened cherry in the middle. Place another cake on top and dress another layer of cream on top. Decorate the tartlets with a cream topping, grated chocolate and cherries, chill for 2 hours and only then remove from the dessert ring.
Recipe variation with alcohol
75 ml cake drink 75ml kirsch alternatively mix 125ml cake drink with 25g aroma paste kirsch and use a pastry brush to soak the cake before filling.

Chocolate chips: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin. Cocoa: 50% minimum.
