Preparation:
Crème Brulée – recipe for 4 small bowls
You need for 4 small dessert bowls: 80g cream powder, 300ml milk (1,5%), 200g cream, 15g brown sugar, fruits, mint
For 4 small dessert bowls put 300ml milk (1,5%) and 200g cream in a saucepan. Stir in 80g cream powder and bring the mixture slowly to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer while stirring until the mixture thickens obviously. Divide the mixture into 4 small bowls (Ø approx. 11cm), let it cool down a bit and then put it into the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Shortly before serving, sprinkle with 15g brown sugar and caramelise the sugar with a flambé burner. Optionally serve with fruits and mint.
