The Callebaut Crema Gold contains 8% chocolate and has the typical taste of caramel chocolate with strong notes of toffee, butter, cream and a pinch of salt.
Made exclusively from high-quality natural ingredients. With olive and sunflower oil. No artificial additives or flavours and soy and palm free.
At room temperature, the fillings are creamy and spreadable.
Instructions for use: Store in a dry room. Ideally at temperatures of 15 – 20 °C. Do not store in the refrigerator or freezer. Always use clean and dry spoons or spatulas for removal. We recommend not heating the cream. If oil separates during storage, you can restore the original texture by stirring thoroughly. Low temperatures can cause fat crystallisation, so lumps could form. In that case, a slight warming with simultaneous stirring can restore the desired texture.
