Preparation: Marble cake extra juicy
(Package content: 420g baking mix, 30g cocoa mix)
You also need: 150g soft butter or margarine, 150g whole egg (approx. 3 eggs size M), 60ml milk (1.5% fat) and 10ml milk (1.5% fat) for the dark cake mixture, 20g icing sugar for dusting (optional)
Preheat the oven to 170°C top/bottom heat. Place the cake mix, eggs, milk and butter or margarine in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer or food processor, first briefly on low speed and then on the highest speed for 3 minutes until creamy. Mix a third of the mixture with the cocoa mixture and the milk. Pour the light mixture into a greased and floured cake tin (approx. 22cm) and spread the dark mixture on top. Fold in the dark mixture with a fork. Place the tin in the oven and after 15 minutes bake, cut the surface in a circle about 1 cm deep. Then bake for approx. 45 minutes. For preparation in the bread & cake baking machine, put the eggs, butter or margarine and milk into the baking tin and the baking mixture on top. Select PROGRAM 16 and start the programme. After 20 mins, remove a third of the mixture and mix with the cocoa mixture and milk. Spread the dark mixture over the light one and fold in with a fork. (https://shop.cake-masters.com/bakery)
After the baking time, allow the cake to cool and only then turn it out of the tin. Garnish with a little icing sugar.
